At Phi Surgery, we follow a recovery plan that spans up to a year, with key milestones at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. The first month focuses on reducing swelling with garments and lymphatic massage. Then comes scar therapy with taping, laser, or microneedling to support long-term results.

This lovely patient wanted a refreshed, youthful look while still keeping things natural.
She had concerns about tired under-eyes, fine vertical lines around the mouth, and wanted a soft enhancement of her lips.

Subtle filler was used to smooth the hollow tear trough area for a rested appearance, refine the smoker’s lines for a softer perioral contour, and plump the lips for balanced volume and hydration.

Can you breastfeed after breast surgery?

Breastfeeding is usually not affected after a breast augmentation, as the implant is placed behind the breast tissue, leaving the milk-producing glands intact.

With a lift or reduction, breastfeeding can be more challenging and the breast may not produce enough milk to sustain an infant.
