Research shows how postural imbalances can be major factors in pain, tightness

, and injuries that are associated with joints and muscles. Your body wants to move easily through space so it can conserve energy, postural imbalances work against this. The Posturepro Method is a technique that stimulates specific areas of the body in order to activate the brain and restore optimal communication between the nervous system and the muscles. Neuroscientists have identified key sensory receptors responsible for the way the brain organizes posture information. For example:
• the skin of the feet tell the brain where the body is on the ground;
• the eye muscles telegraph the position of the head to the brain. When your feet are uneven on the ground, your body compensates creating an imbalance in the rest of your body. Similarly, asymmetrical eye tracking can result in head and shoulder tilt as your brain attempts to keep the eyes on a level plane. Sensory imbalances cause postural alignment issues, which can lead to pain symptoms and conditions, instability, and weakened performance. The Posturepro Method Program is designed to provide you education in the field of 'neuro-mechanics'. It is the most advanced evaluation and treatment system for correcting postural imbalances, improving performance, and targeting pain, instability, and strength. It provides practitioners with the tools and knowledge to address and prevent a wide variety of conditions. Who needs this Program? Any health care and/or fitness professional that is seeking to obtain long-lasting results with their clients or patients can benefit from adding the Posturepro Method to their practices. The Posturepro Method can enrich your profession and improve the outcomes of treatments. By bringing the body to an optimal alignment, strength increases, energy levels improve, and daily performance is optimized. Strength gains up to 5.1% can be seen in elite athletes just in one consultation. Since Posturepro Method targets the central nervous system, impressive results can be seen with neurological conditions, most especially in regards to stability, gait patterns and pain. Who should take the PPM? This program is designed for any practitioner that treats or manages pain associated with injuries and conditions, trains athletes, or work with clients looking to increase their strength or overall performance. The Posturepro Method allows the practitioner to look at the body as a whole; therefore, any practitioner that works on improving the functionality of the body could benefit from incorporating our techniques into their clients’ protocols.

The palatoglossus is a small muscle at the back of your tongue that connects to your vagus nerve the nerve that helps regulate your heart, gut, breath, and immune system.

If your tongue rests low in your mouth, it can indirectly affect your vagus nerve through this connection.

Proper tongue posture means your tongue is resting on the roof of your mouth, just behind your top front teeth. This keeps your jaw, breath, and nervous system in sync.

Try this tongue posture reset:
1. Place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth just behind your top teeth
2. Flatten the rest of your tongue against the roof using gentle suction
3. Close your mouth and breathe through your nose
4. Hold this position for a few breaths

When the jaw is unbalanced, it can impact the upper part of your spine, specifically the first and second cervical vertebrae.

This blockage can also affect the vagus nerve, which plays a critical role in innervating all our internal organs.

This interconnection is explained by Lovett’s law, which proposes that issues in the upper cervical vertebrae can influence the lower sacral region.

Therefore, an imbalance in the jaw can impact the pelvis, pelvic organs, spine, knees, hips, and even the position of the feet.

And what influences the TMJ? Your tongue!

The posture of your tongue significantly affects the muscles used for chewing.

In addition to this, a Functional Activator is a great tool that can be used to improve neck posture through tongue positioning, lInk in bio☝️

From birth, your tongue is actually connected to your toes through an intricate network of connective tissue known as fascia.

If your tongue is not resting correctly in your mouth due to mouth breathing, things can get out of alignment in your mouth and the rest of your body.

Tongue posture can lead to a foot imbalance and vice versa because the tongue guides all myofascial continuity structures that run from the inner arch of the foot up through the middle of the body to the tongue and jaw muscles.

When the tongue sits on top of the palate, it seals the oral cavity and holds the throat open like a tent. These muscles support the neck, keep your posture straight, help you breathe, and maintain your posture upright.

Your tongue also acts as a rudder and support system through a fascial line, and when the tongue is down, we breathe through our mouth, and the head falls forward due to lack of support, which leads to poor posture and increased energy expenditure.

For better core support and spinal, hip, and leg strength, you need to work on your tongue posture!

Try these swallowing exercises:
1. Extend your tongue to the bumpy part on the top of your mouth right behind your teeth.
2. Then curl your tongue toward the back of your mouth as far as possible.
3. Hold for a few seconds.
4. Repeat five times.

Binocular vision is not something we’re born with fully developed it’s something the brain builds through experience and movement, especially in the first years of life.

At birth, both eyes function, but the brain hasn’t yet learned how to fuse the two slightly different images from each eye into a single 3D picture.

This process of fusion the key to depth perception depends on a few critical things:

1. Eye alignment:
2. Head and body movement:
3. Convergence

When both eyes send slightly different images to the brain, it learns to fuse them into depth.

That fusion builds spatial awareness, balance, and even confidence in movement.

But here’s the problem: many modern habits, screen time, pacifiers, lack of crawling disrupt this wiring. Without depth perception, the brain’s postural map stays flat.

That’s why we use tools like this: to activate binocular vision, challenge focus, and reignite neural connections.

Without depth perception, the brain’s postural map stays flat.

Better 3D vision = better posture, better balance, better brain.
Try this for 60 seconds a day and feel the shift. 👁️🧠

When you wrap a baby like this and give them a pacifier, you are doing two things: blocking the very movements and sensory inputs their brain needs to build posture, coordination, and emotional regulation.

You are essentially putting the brain in a blackout zone with no feedback and no wiring.

Babies are hardwired to move. Every wiggle, kick, head turn, and arm push sends signals to the brain.

These movements stimulate sensory receptors in the skin, joints, muscles, and spine, which activate the cerebellum, the vestibular system, and the reticulospinal tracts.

These systems are essential for posture, attention, and emotional regulation later in life. When you tie them up, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙥𝙪𝙩 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙮.

The face and mouth are command centers for development. The lips, tongue, and jaw are filled with sensory nerves.
Every time a baby cries, sucks, or babbles, these actions stimulate cranial nerves and help map the brain.

Pacifiers alters tongue posture, restricts natural jaw movement, and distorts facial muscle tone. This can lead to future issues like speech delays, bite problems, or even asymmetry in facial development.

Babies need to lie on their tummy or back to move against gravity. This is what activates the vestibular system, which is critical for balance, spatial awareness, and coordination. Holding them up or suspending them removes that feedback. The brain never gets the message it needs to organize movement and posture.

When you block babies movement and mute their mouth, you are not helping them sleep. You are delaying their development.

Studies have shown evidence that mobility improvements in the jaw can relieve tension in the pelvic area and vice versa.

Additionally, if the hips or jaw is off balance, there is a good chance the other is too.

How could these two very different ends of the body be connected?

Recent findings from a groundbreaking study reveal an astonishing link between the (TMJ) and the hip joint.

This research, published in a reputable medical journal, sheds light on how imbalances in one part of the body can mirror and affect another seemingly unrelated part.

Why does this matter?

For decades, we’ve understood that the body is a complex, interconnected system. This study reinforces our belief that to address postural issues effectively, we must consider the body as a whole, not just isolated parts.

The connection begins during embryologic development at around day fifteen.

In this stage, called gastrulation, two depressions form on the dorsal side of the embryo which become the oropharyngeal membrane (goes on to form the mouth) and the cloacal membrane (goes on to form the openings of the urinary, reproductive and digestive tracts).

The spine grows between them and the two remain connected from their early beginnings as one being in the embryo.

Tensions and imbalances in the jaw can have an effect on the membranes connecting the dura to the skull and affect where it is tethered below in the sacrum.

In addition to this, the functional activator can help promote proper tongue posture by encouraging the tongue to rest in the correct position, link in bio☝️

Join the 21 day Posture Reset with Posturepro + ☝️

Our feet share a special connection with our body, they connect us with the ground, and we should pay special attention to how our feet are behaving if we want to perform at our best and stay injury-free.

The arches of your feet are one of the most jam-packed and complex anatomical structures in your body and help with many things:

• They allow for fine-tuned movements of the foot and toes in order to achieve stability and balance.

• They act like a ‘core’ to help support the arch and hold it in place when weight-bearing. This helps maintain balance and control and prevents the foot from unwanted collapse.

• They help the foot become stiff and rigid to create propulsion when walking, running, jumping, etc. They also help the foot become mobile/adaptable when needed.

Now with a pronated foot (collapsing medially), your hip (ipsilaterally) side moves down and anteriorly.

With a supinated foot ⤴️(moving externally), your weight shifts laterally, and you will feel pressure on the outside of your feet.

This leads to mechnical imbalances that affect everything above your ankle joint.

Improving foot proprioception is the first step to addressing a foot imbalance.

Therapeutic insoles are a great way to address poor foot posture by hacking your nervous system.

This is how they work: 1️⃣ mechanoreceptor (skin)> 2️⃣ thalamus > 3️⃣ sensory cortex > 4️⃣ motor cortex (movement)

Since the motor cortex is what ultimately controls your muscles, working with a product that feeds it 24/7 results in FAST and permanent changes in poor foot and body posture.

Comment “TONGUE” and I’ll send you our guide that explains how your tongue can lead to forward head posture.

Most people have no idea how powerful the tongue really is.

This muscle doesn’t just help you swallow or speak. It anchors into your skull, your throat, your clavicle, and even your shoulder girdle.

What does that mean?

If your tongue is sitting low or not resting on the roof of your mouth, it pulls on the hyoid bone. That bone connects to the sternum, the clavicles, and muscles that anchor into your skull.

So what looks like “forward head posture” or shoulder tension might actually be a tongue problem.

Misplaced tongue equals misaligned head, tight neck, and restricted breathing.

This is why fixing posture isn’t just about stretching your neck or rolling your traps.

The tongue controls your alignment from the inside out. Fix the tongue, and the rest follows.

If you’re tired of guessing and want the real protocol that resets posture from the ground up, join Posturepro+.

We’ll show you the drills no one else is teaching. We’ll address what everyone else overlooks. And you’ll finally stop chasing symptoms.

Have you ever thought about how your tongue could be affecting your posture even all the way down to your feet?

What if something as simple as where your tongue rests in your mouth could influence your body’s alignment, balance, and even breathing?

The tongue is more than just a muscle for speaking and eating, it’s deeply connected to the body through fascia, an intricate web of connective tissue that links the tongue to the feet.

When your tongue isn’t positioned correctly due to mouth breathing, it can disrupt this entire system, leading to imbalances in posture, spinal alignment, and even how much energy your body uses throughout the day.

Could improving tongue posture be the missing key to better posture, core strength, and overall movement efficiency?

Most people have no idea the tongue connects to the nervous system in a way that directly impacts the heart and lungs.

Here’s how it works.

The trigeminal nerve connects your jaw, teeth, and tongue to parts of the brain that control how you breathe, how your heart beats, and how your body responds to stress.

The vagus nerve travels from your brainstem to your lungs, heart, and gut. It controls your rest, digest, and recovery state.

If your tongue is low, your jaw is off, or your bite is misaligned, that sends bad input to the brain. It disrupts the vagus nerve. Your body starts compensating.

That means shallow breathing, poor digestion, irregular heart rhythm, and constant tension. Your nervous system gets stuck in fight or flight.

Change the tongue, change the input, and the whole system rebalances.

This is not a dental issue. It’s a brain issue.

Misaligned jaws have an impact on:

• Muscles - A misaligned jaw increases muscle strain throughout your face, head, neck, and shoulders. This increased strain is responsible for a host of symptoms such as headaches, backaches, ear ringing, and vertigo.

• Posture - A misaligned jaw will change the posture of your head. This, In turn, will place undue stress on your spine. This strain on your spine impacts your entire posture and can lead to chronic pain, increased muscle strain, and affect your entire body.

• Nerves - When your muscles are strained, they can lead to nerve pinching. The nerves in your face do not operate separately from the nerves throughout your entire body. A pinched nerve in your face or jaw can lead to numbness and tingling throughout your entire torso. More importantly, critical nerves that govern balance may also become impacted.

When a person breathes through the mouth, it creates a domino effect throughout the orofacial system.

The poor position of the tongue has its own set of consequences. The upper arch can narrow even further, hindering the development of the mid-face.

The tongue also could shift back into the airway during sleep, creating the type of obstruction that can precipitate the development of a sleep breathing disorder such as sleep apnea.

Where should my tongue be?
The tip of your tongue should be resting on your upper palate, a few millimeters behind your front teeth.

Here are the simple steps to keeping proper tongue posture:
-Keep your lips together
-Keep your teeth together (lightly touching, called “butterfly bite”)
-Keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth in a suction hold (as much of your tongue as possible up on your palate).
