Knowing what toxic looks like changes the game ♥️

We often don't realize we can say "no" to toxic people, and choose how much (or how little) we will interact with them. When it is a spouse, and you have children, there are many things that make leaving hard. Also, the people in your life often don't support your decision to leave. Sometimes, churches are the worst. With Back to School in the up coming months, I would like to start a support group for neurodivergent parents and students!

This will be a place we can talk about daily struggles and find strategies to survive another school year!
Where parents can share their struggles and achievements with our peers and youth can find people with similar brains and know they are not alone.

I would love feed back if the community would rather meet thru the week after 4 or on Sundays?
