High protein delicious breakfast 😋 👌
New Client Recipe: Apple Pie Protein Oatmeal 🍎🥣
One of my clients is working on releasing weight and lowering cholesterol, so I created this simple, cozy breakfast to support both goals. And honestly… it tastes like apple pie in a bowl!

Protein Oatmeal Apple Pie Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):
• 1/3 apple, diced
• 1 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp h**p seeds
Directions:
Combine apples, water, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Cook on low until apples are soft (10–12 minutes).
Cook oats according to package directions.
Stir protein powder into Greek yogurt.
Top oatmeal with warm apples, yogurt mixture, and h**p seeds. Enjoy!
