🎙️Ever notice how, no matter how much you do, achieve, or give… there’s always a whisper (or a scream) in the back of your mind saying…
“It’s not enough.”
“I should be doing more.”
“Why can’t I keep up like everyone else?”
This is the Not Enough Loop. A deep-rooted belief that keeps you chasing, proving, and exhausting yourself. Yet never feeling truly satisfied. And if this feels familiar, it’s not because you’re failing. It’s because you were taught to feel this way.
From the time we’re little girls, we learn that our worth is something we have to earn. We’re praised for being helpful. For being selfless. For working hard. For being strong. But how often are we celebrated just for being? Not for what we accomplish. Not for what we give. Not for how well we hold everything together. Just for existing?
Over time, this wires our nervous system to equate our value with productivity, perfection, and people-pleasing. If we slow down, guilt creeps in. If we set a boundary, we feel like a bad friend. A bad partner. A bad mother. If we choose ourselves first, even once, the voice in our head whispers… Selfish. Lazy. Not enough.
This belief is not reality. It’s conditioning. And you don’t have to carry it anymore.
Because beneath all the proving and pleasing, your authentic voice has been waiting for you. The part of you that knows you are enough, without needing permission. The part of you that trusts your own needs and desires.
What if, instead of constantly trying to prove your worth, you let yourself feel it? What if, instead of asking, Am I doing enough? you asked, What if I already am?
This isn’t just mindset work. It’s nervous system work. It’s voice work. It’s reclaiming who you are, so your worth isn’t something you chase. It’s something you embody.
💛 I’d love to hear from you. Where in your life do you feel like you’re “not enough”?
For me it’s as a mom 💯
