Because when your skin “acts up,” most people do one of two things:

• barrier health (are you sensitive… or stripped?)
• what type of pigmentation you really have (melasma vs PIH is NOT the same plan)
• what kind of acne it is (inflamed vs congested = different treatment)
• dehydration + oil patterns
• inflammation triggers you don’t even notice at home

It’s not about more products

Most breakouts on the back/chest/shoulders aren’t because your skin is bad, it’s because sweat + bacteria + friction sit there way longer than they should.

Little habits = big difference:

• you worked out → but didn’t rinse right after
• clean body → but slept on last week’s sheets
• good products → but detergent keeps irritating your pores
• hot showers → strip barrier → oil overproduces → breakout cycle

Clear body skin is less about stronger products…
and more about removing what keeps triggering inflammation.

Do this consistently for 2–3 weeks and you’ll see it.

That’s why formulation + delivery systems matter so much.

Two products can have a similar ingredient list…
but work totally differently depending on:
• stability (does it stay active?)
• delivery (can it actually get where it needs to?)
• texture/vehicle (does your skin tolerate it?)

Example: peptides
They’re larger molecules, so a lot of “peptide creams” mostly sit on the surface = nice feel, limited results.

Same with Vitamin C 🍊
It’s unstable, so “Vitamin C” on the label doesn’t automatically mean it’s active or effective.

Barrier-first skincare = better results + less irritation.
Save this before adding another step ✨
