For those who are into MMA fighting or Boxing, this one might be interesting.
As I write this, an interesting fight will occur in South Korea between Manny Pacquiao and DK Yoo in a couple of hours.
Who are they, you may ask?
DK Yoo is a South Korean martial artist who will be making his debut in the boxing ring. He is often known as the Korean Bruce Lee due to his deep investment in learning Bruce's fighting style. He developed a systematic approach to Jeet Kune Do (Bruce's style) and has been teaching it in his seminars worldwide. He shot to fame by posting regularly on Instagram. Many have challenged him and his style by saying it is not meant for street fighting. This will be his 2nd time stepping into the ring. After his defeat the first time against Brad Scott, he has gained a lot more criticism, but that has not deterred him, as he is now back in the ring.
As for Manny, he is one of the greatest professional boxers of all time, who compiled a 62-8-2 career record while becoming the only boxer in history to win 12 major titles in eight different weight classes (and I quote, the website www.mmafighting.com). After retiring in 2021, he is stepping back into the ring for the first time.
Now, the numerological part.
It's interesting to see how both are first 8s made of 17.
8 being control, power, entrepreneurship, success, and cleverness. What differs, however, is what both are individually balanced by.
I invite you to look at their 3rd numbers (among the four big ones). That number is crucial as it indicates one's strengths and weaknesses. When push comes to shove, the 3rd number is what we use to keep ourselves in balance.
Manny's 3rd is 9: Gifted, talent, observer, emptying self, becoming others (Bruce Lee is also 9. "Become water, my friend." Does that ring a bell?)
Dk's 3rd is 2: Flow, emotions, receptivity, kindness
Both have Bruce Lee elements. The Becoming9 and the water2. Manny has both 2 and 9, while DK has mainly 2s, the water part.
If we use the go-to approach to read their combinations (meaning you read the 2nd number as an adjective to the 1st), Manny is 829, and DK is 832 (omit their 4th numbers for now).
Manny, 829: Flow2 of power8, and when push comes to shove, become9 others9 through emptying9 self and observation9
DK, 832: Creative3 of power8, and when push comes to shove, he uses sensitivity2, receptivity2 and flow2
However, the hearts below their combinations are very important to highlight. The hearts indicate the amount of time the number repeats in their combination. In other words, it means how much of that energy is present in their personality.
Notice how many 1s and 9s Manny has.
1: Doer, quick, fast, confident, ''just do it'' and ''get it done'' attitude
9: Talent, gifted, observant, emptying self, becoming others
Now that is quite lethal if you add those to someone casually flowy2 of natural power8. On top of that, with a mind being also 9 (the 4th big number), The Observer (made of more 1 and 8!)
DK Yoo is a little different. He also has 1s and 8s but a lot more 2s, being emotions, sensitivity, kindness, receptivity, and connection. He is more toned down and less extreme9 than Manny.
I would say DK is more suitable as a teacher. Now his 4th number (the way he thinks) might not be 7 as I doubt his full name is DK Yoo, but as his known persona, his 7 stands for study, analysis, introspection (which points again towards Bruce's 927, flow2 becoming9 balanced by analysis7).
Let's include the day prediction when the fight occurs, the night of December 10th. The energies have already transited to the next day, 252.
Conflict5 or fight5 collaboration2, and the key emphasis is on collaboration2 and friendliness2
For those who don't know what that means, when you spot your own 3rd number in the day prediction, it means that may be a challenging or a struggling day where you will be specifically tested to utilize that 3rd number.
Since DK is balanced by 2, this will be a struggling day for him where he will be tested to flow2.
Let's observe what they are by combining their numbers with the energies of 252 day.
DK:
832 (him)
252 (the day)
--- +
184 : power8 doing1, key for balance is consistency4, stick to plans4, practice4, routine4, discipline4, foundation4, in other words, he needs to stick to his flowy2 style
Manny:
829
252
--- +
172 : smart7, strategy7, or negative7 of doing1, key for balance is to be considerate2, friendly2, empathetic2 (which he is a lot since his 2 is made of 29, giver9 of empathy2)
Together, when combined, they are:
184 (DK)
172 (Manny)
---
266 : pleasant6 harmonious6 collaboration2, key for balance is meet halfway6, pleasing6, care6.
In conclusion? I hypothesize that Manny172 will hold back with kindness2 but will win over DK184. But... I am sure many keen observant martial artists already know this without going through my endless calculations. :)
