It's already November 7th here in Hong Kong, but as the day approaches for those in Canada, I'm reflecting on the energy of my numbers for this date—798. Each digit brings a unique energy: 9 for transparency, drama, and going beyond; 7 for introspection, analysis, and diving deep into the mind. To most, this may seem like just another day, but for those with these numbers, especially 79, there’s something distinct in the air.
The 79 combination, for instance, is symbolized by figures like Marie Curie, who pioneered X-rays with her discovery of polonium. On days like this, introspection (7) feels heightened (9). It’s not an easy combination for those who are more extroverted. A few years ago, I noticed a tragic pattern in Japan, where every 79 day seemed to bring news of another su***de. I remember telling my partner at the time, "Su***de day is coming," and sure enough, the headlines would follow.
A day filled with 79 amplifies the pull toward introspection. Those who don’t often engage in it may not feel the shift, but for anyone who finds introspection uncomfortable, it can be an unsettling experience. Our surroundings play a role too, as all is connected and influenced by energy.
Here in Hong Kong, as 798 day unfolds, I’m overhearing a nearby woman openly sharing her transparent (9), idealistic (9) thoughts (7) on Chinese emperors and TV dramas. Of all days and times during my stay, this happens today! Coincidence or energy alignment? Perhaps both.
798 day lasts from 7 p.m. the night before until 7 p.m. the next day, after which we transition into 819 day—a powerful blend of productivity (1), success (8), power (8), and sacrifice (9). Actor Dicky Cheung, known for his portrayal of the Monkey King, embodies 81 energy. As an 814, he exudes confidence (1), pride (8), and charisma (8), balanced by restraint (4) and hard work (4).
I hope this glimpse into the energies of 798 and 819 is as intriguing to you as it is to me.
Happy 798 day everyone—and also, happy birthday to Marie Curie and to my cousin Tommy!
