Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality"...does this sound familiar?? We believe in wifi, electricity, air and oxygen but we can't SEE them. Well your ENERGY is the same! This has been the way since the dawn of time. The ancients knew this, the Shamans, the Yogis, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda all speak of Energy. It is found everywhere, and in every culture, but the modern world has forgotten or dismissed it and we have been under a spell of limitation. It is time to remember who you are and to live by it. You CAN move it, you CAN work with it and you CAN do it, whatever your IT is!
Honour the journey, honour the feelings, honour the heck out of where you have been and what you have been through. Define your energy field. It is very very real my friends.....even if you can't SEE it!

Some of you know me pretty well, some less. Never mind when our paths crossed.
Maybe some of you like me and some don't but if your on my Facebook it's because I love you.
I decided to participate in an experience called "Bread Meeting"
The idea is to see who reads the post without photos.
We have become so dependent on technology that we have forgotten the most important thing: friendship.
And friendship to me is all about conversation and shared connection.
