Meet Michael Ho - Executive Chef 🧑🏻‍🍳

My name is Michael Ho and I have been a chef for 7 years, working in various Michelin-starred restaurants, including L’Auberge de l’île Barbe and Paul Bocuse, and winning competitions such as le Rougié and Relaid Château. I am now chef de partie at Maison Boulud and executive chef at Better Being, where my mission is to share all my experiences so that you can tell your story through a dish.

Cooking for me is more than a job, it's an art that must be passed on and which brings people together around a table to enjoy one of the best moments, to eat good food with the people we love the
