Do you have a daily practice? If yes, share with us in the comments!

A daily practice is something personal and it must be a moment of daily reconnection. We are only able to create a connection or reconnect through listening with love and compassion.
By listening with love to your own needs, your body sensations, your inner desires, your emotions and feelings, you allow the connection to happen in the heart centre and enable the soul to guide your life.
Because every day we have different needs, feelings, sensations, emotions and thoughts, this reconnection has to happen every day. It doesn’t require pressure. It’s a loving attitude that we can have towards ourselves.
Development and evolution happen when we are connected with who we really are. Peace, harmony and balance happen when we accept and love ourselves.

How do you reconnect with yourself? We would love to know.
If you still don’t have a daily practice, stay connected to see some examples that can inspire you, but remember that it is personal and it has to bring you joy, peace and balance!
