Relaxation stations coming your way! We have two options to enjoy a sound bath this month to help sooth the body and soul. Option ones include both the magical sounds of crystal bowls and chimes as well as guidance into comfy restorative postures to help the body reach a state of complete rest. Option two is pure sound therapy. Both will allow you to take a break from the business that summer brings! ☀️

Des stations de relaxation à votre portée ! Nous avons deux options pour profiter d'un bain sonore ce mois-ci afin d'aider à apaiser le corps et l'âme. La première option comprend à la fois les sons magiques des bols de cristal et des carillons, ainsi que des conseils pour adopter des postures confortables et réparatrices afin d'aider le corps à atteindre un état de repos complet. La deuxième option est une pure thérapie sonore. Les deux options vous permettront de faire une pause dans les affaires de l'été ! ☀️

✨Come join us for a magical evening of High Frequency Cosmic Sounds and Restorative Yoga ✨

💆✨🕯Join Olena from and Valérie for an evening to relax and restore with a live magical soundbath. During this yoga soundbath, you will be guided through a series of restorative yoga postures designed to gently open the body while fully resting in comfort and letting your soul float in the sound waves. Gentle hands-on adjustments will be given on an opt-in basis, to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation.
This experience will be hosted at the Well on Friday, June 16 from 7 to 8:30pm

On Sunday , October 23rd join Olena Uni , for a deep dive Sound Bath meditation/ceremony before the Scorpio New Moon Eclipse which peaks at at 6:48am Oct 25th!

The Intention of this gathering is to align with the Scoprio New Moon Eclipse Energies to rest, reset, connect you to your heart,gain clarity on our New Moon intentions, anchor them in and dream our manifestations. Together we will dive into this deeply relaxing Soundbath Meditation Ceremony and experience the healing potential of "Sound Medicine" as Olena plays many instruments such as Crystal Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Crystal Bells, Drums, Gongs, chimes, conch shell , sounds of the jungle & other sacred sounding surprises.

Olena's instruments are all perfectly tuned to 432hz to bring a grounded healing frequency to your physical, emotional and energetic bodies. 432 hz - “the harmonic intonation of nature to expand your sense of peace and tune you into the knowledge of the universe.”

No experience required, just an open heart

ℹ️What You Need To Know
Bring your Yoga mat and a comfortable blanket. The cushions will be provided. Extra mats and blankets are available upon request.
🤰For pregnant women and 👵👴seniors : we provide a extra comfortable soft sitting, contact to reserve ahead.
