In my own journey with chronic pain and emotional hurdles, I learned the power of co-regulation: two nervous systems syncing, finding safety, and restoring calm together. Even online, this connection is real (I used to doubt it, too!).

I'm not a regular "therapist". Sometimes, in session, I use touch to help my clients feel themselves. Sometimes we move on the floor together. Sometimes I share bits of my own story. We co-regulate, we learn together, and I join in their experience of themselves.

I support people from a rich lived and felt experience of life. Debilitating pain? I've been there. Crippling anxiety? Ditto. Toxic relationships? Yep. Anger, sadness, depression, cancer, special needs parenting? I know... I have felt what you feel.

I'm a teacher, and I practice what I teach.

 Le vrai travail somatique, c’est le dialogue entre notre cerveau et notre corps — un travail de micro-attention qui crĂ©e la sĂ©curitĂ© dont nous avons besoin pour apprendre. En ralentissant et en variant le mouvement, la tension fond progressivement. Ce n’est pas la force qui compte, mais la prĂ©cision de notre attention - et c’est quelque chose qui s’apprend aussi!. ✹

Tu connais ce moment oĂč on te dit "c'est normal d'avoir mal Ă  ton Ăąge" ? 🙄 Moi aussi. Et franchement, ça m'Ă©nerve. Je me souviens d'une cliente, appelons-la Claire—des annĂ©es de douleurs au dos, de visites chez le mĂ©decin: "C'est l'Ăąge, prenez ça." Des pilules, des pauses, on la renvoyait toujours chez elle en lui disant d'accepter sa souffrance.

Mais la douleur n'est PAS une fatalitĂ©. Ce que le systĂšme oublie (ou cache ?) c'est la capacitĂ© du cerveau Ă  se rĂ©organiser—neuroplasticitĂ©, baby! Quand Claire a commencĂ© la neuro-somatique avec moi, on a vu du vrai changement : mouvements doux, cerveau qui rĂ©apprend, Ă©motions Ă©coutĂ©es
 et petit Ă  petit, elle a regagnĂ© sa vie.

Alors si tu te sens coincé·e, remis·e en question, envahi·e de doutes : t'es pas seul·e. 🧡 Interroger le discours officiel, c'est le dĂ©but de la guĂ©rison. Parle-moi, ose une sĂ©ance.

Some of us look at the twinkle lights and see magic. Others, under those same lights, feel our hearts start tap-dancing a little too fast. Maybe you know what I mean: you step into a room, everyone expects "merry," but your mind is running a marathon of What Ifs and Not Enoughs.

If this is you, vous are not alone. The holidays can bring pressure to perform happiness. It’s a strange sort of tension, being grateful and overwhelmed at the same time. I’ve been there, wishing my brain had an "off switch."

There’s possibility in these moments. Your nervous system is not your enemy: it’s just trying to protect you. Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is simply notice what’s true, right now. And if you want support, I’m here. ✹

Taking a breath as this year comes to a close – WOW, what a journey! 💛

Over these months, I’ve been honored to help hundreds of you move past chronic pain, reclaim ease and safety in your bodies, rediscover balance and strength in your minds. Whether we met in Montreal, France, or online (hello to my brave Zoom explorers!), each session showed me the incredible resilience you carry.

From gentle movements to deep emotional breakthroughs, we’ve learned and unlearned, together. I’m genuinely grateful for every story shared, every moment of courage you allowed in.
