👩‍⚕️ Juliane Franco brings over 17 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor, with a strong foundation in Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy. Her approach is deeply personalized, combining therapeutic massage and Pilates to relieve tension, restore mobility, and transform your quality of life.

💪 Carla Giotto Mai is passionate about movement and mind-body wellness. With a background in Physiotherapy, she now works in Canada as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and certified Massage Therapist. Carla blends exercise science with therapeutic touch to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and pain-free.
