🌟 Did you know that consuming foods incompatible with your metabolism can cause respiratory disorders? 🌟

That was me until I changed my diet. At one point in my health journey, I was on antibiotics for weeks due to a chronic sinus infection that wouldn’t clear 🤧. I was prescribed rounds of cortisone 💊 to reduce inflammation and two different inhalers to help me breathe 😠. I was a mess!

Now? No respiratory problems for YEARS! ✨
It was actually the FOOD I was eating, that was causing the inflammation!!

Who would have thought that food could cause such problems? I can tell you firsthand that it does.

I am on a mission to help others find the answers they need for their wellness journey 💪.
