Gym Mistakes Everyone Makes 💡

Starting (or restarting) the gym can feel overwhelming. Most people don’t struggle because they’re lazy or unmotivated — they struggle because they fall into a few very common traps. 😅

Here are some we see all the time 👇

1. Doing too much, too soon 🔥
Going all-out on day one usually leads to burnout, soreness, or quitting. Progress comes from starting small and building consistency, not exhausting yourself right away. 🧱

2. Waiting for the perfect plan 📋
There is no perfect routine, schedule, or week. Waiting for everything to line up often means never really getting started. A simple plan you can stick to beats a perfect one every time. ✅️

3. Thinking you don’t have time ⏰️
Most people don’t need more time — they need better priorities. Even short, focused workouts add up when they’re done consistently. 📆

4. Giving up before you start 🚪
