Dear Montreal community,

We are lovingly inviting you to our upcoming Sound& Reiki practice in just a couple weeks, at the Humming Bird Home (St Henri, Mtl).

Often with the change of seasons comes the call to follow introspection and dive inward into the landscapes of your beautiful hearts. Taking this priceless time for yourselves to receive & be 🍂🍃. This is a period of transition, a beautiful opportunity to reflect upon the things you accomplished, or maybe failed at and planting intentional seeds for the future.

During our time together we will cultivate a sense of presence, harmony and peaceful rest. We will practice the gift of receiving the powerful and transformative essences of Sound therapy & Reiki energy healing. and will be guiding the circle and providing support throughout the experience.

I am so grateful for a spectacular summer, taking some time off to connect with my community 💃🏼, rest 💆🏼‍♀️and regenerate🦋.

As we transition into fall I am excited to be bringing back the lovely Sound baths offerings with special guests and myself.
