But like a stream, let nature guide you to where you need to be, at exactly the moment you need to be there.

Let’s not filter the stream of consciousness to make others comfortable, instead explore those “impossible” thoughts of creativity and let your mind question it self out loud!

Every thought is valid, some more wild than others but nonetheless still worthy.

Reiki and children
I get asked a lot if children can benefit from reiki and the answer is yes! Unfortunately children today are dealing with anxieties, fears, peer pressures and educational pressures. Reiki has been helpful in the treatment of ADD/ADHD, inattentiveness, irritability, emotional issues, hyperactivity and defiance

I am so grateful to have been trusted with this delicate energy 🫶🏼

Note: a session on a child is very different than an adults, a regular session can be approximately 1 hour, whereas a child’s will be between 10-30 min depending on how comfortable the child is in the environment that is chosen
