🤍Thoughts are very powerful and have a large impact on you, especially continuous negative thoughts about yourself.

🤍Become aware of these thoughts when they happen and take a breath

🤍And invite self compassion to take its place.

When deconverting from old beliefs or religions, the biggest thing you are learning is.....

🤍 How to connect to your inner knowing, guidance & intuition and to TRUST yourself.

🤍 This is so difficult because you’ve been taught your entire life, through fear based teachings, that you are inherently wrong and must seek out connections externally.

🤍 You are now healing, becoming more self-aware and are re-learning how to trust your own intuitive guidance.

🤍 You are building your own spiritual framework. This is something that moves & changes with you.

🌱As you ask questions and understand yourself & your place within the universe, it will also shift and grow with you.

But first, know that you are LOVE, you are WORTHY and you supported more than you realize!

🖤No matter how much you want to blame a person or situation, your healing is only up to you.

🖤 You need to realize, this is where your power is. Your power to heal and go forward strengthening that power even further.

🖤 Yes, it is so important & you can have help from other healers! But they can only show you what you are willing to see for yourself. They can support & assist you, but they can’t do the inner work for you.

🖤You are amazingly powerful & strong, more than you know. Have faith & trust in that!
