Who's got your back?

This photo was taken only a few months ago, but it feels like an eternity. A different era.

Mika and Jenny have been friends for a decade, and have worked on mulitple projects together, mostly surrounding women's health, pregnancy and parenting.

We are currently teaching HypnoBirthing classes together, online, and you can join from the comfort of your home. Our next free info session is February 17 on zoom.

This is her 3rd baby.
