It’s so funny to me that every time I sign up for a new class I don’t usually have too many expectations other than learning new techniques to bring into my practice💪🏼. I always forget about the life long connections I make along the way and it blows my mind every-time 🤯. In just 3 days for 9 hours a day, in that short amount of time you can learn a lot about the people around you but also a lot FROM them as well if you listen with an open heart and mind 🩵🥰. These certifications never cease to amaze me and I’m happy and proud to say that I have made life long friends around the world 🌎 From France to Nova Scotia I’m looking forward to seeing what the future courses hold for me in knowledge and connections 😇
Thank you to .baron for such an amazing, dynamic and educational course that I’ve waited 3 years to take 😅 Its been worth the wait and absolutely FASCIAnating 🤓😏 Proud to say I now have my Level 2 Structural Myofascial Therapy certificate and super excited to see what level 3 has in store 🙏🏼

Game day today 💪🏼 I think the build up and hype before the game is one of my favourite football moments. Everybody doing their pregame rituals and seeing the focus, dedication and drive on my athletes faces is just something words can describe. So grateful for this job and grateful for my team for not giving me (too much) a hard time 🤣 GO PANTHERS 🔵⚪️🐾

Being prepared for these conditions is in the fine print of our job descriptions. Here’s a list of essentials I like to have so I feel prepared and less drenched by the end of practice ☔️

As most of you know last week I was in Ontario on a business trip. I honestly thought I was going there to learn a new skill to bring back home with me and that’s it that’s all. To my surprise, it was SO much more than that. It ended up being an amazing week spent with amazing people and a life changing experience.

I met so many new people and made life long friendships. The instructors were absolutely amazing and I could not thank them enough for making this experience unforgettable. I could not have asked for a better group of people to have spent the week with.

I feel truly blessed and grateful to have been part of such an amazing experience and look forward to be able to apply what I learnt not only in a clinical setting but in life as well. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Had such a pleasure working along side another girl boss this weekend 💪🏼 First time working and it was such an amazing ambiance. Bringing together different people of different backgrounds not only to play Futsal but to enjoy good food and some great intermission entertainment all for an amazing cause 🙏🏼💙 ⚽

S H O U L D E R T R E A T M E N T

My client originally came in for a wrist tendinitis treatment. After a few sessions I realized something was not right because they were not progressing very well. I ask about previous injuries they had when they mentioned an unresolved shoulder separation. This before and after was taken the same day after a 60 minutes fascial session. I was shocked myself at the range she had gained! Isn’t fascia just fascianating 🙃

As a therapist we need to be able to identify WHERE the pain is coming from. Surprise, it’s not always where the patient is feeling pain. Pain can manifest in other areas away from the actual cause of the problem. If we can get to the ROOT of the cause then we can work our magic 🪄

We definitely still have a lot of work to put in together but my client sees a light at the end of the tunnel and I couldn’t be happier 🙏🏼
