Trusting the process of life.
Being in the goo phase was hard. Lots of resistance.
Until I let go, cleared the resistance, and melted the walls keeping me in shame, fear and distortion.. for decades..

I am celebrating from shame to sacred.
From fragmented to whole
From inner-conflict to inner harmony
From pain to love
From suffering to compassion.
From self-abandonment to radical self/care & grace.

I have created something for me and others a sacred space for soft remembrance, healing and integration.

From the ashes of self-abandonment, shame, lack of self-love, and stories that wouldn’t leave..

I am rising.
Rooted in my worth.
Proud of who I’ve become.
Home in my body, more than I’ve ever been.

I’ve spent seven years buried under shame. My self-worth crushed. My light dimmed. My nervous system hijacked.

But I kept going. And now I’ve returned.

I’ve laid flowers at the feet of every past version of myself.

The ones I shamed, judged, rejected.
I’ve welcomed them back with love. Back to peace. Back to me.

I melted the frozen parts.
Softened the distortion inside.
I couldn’t bear to live half-lit, half-alive, any longer.
