🍂Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with a luminous sound bath guided by Sarah Surrenders.

The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance when day and night are equal in length. Across many traditions, this is seen as a sacred threshold between the outward energy of summer and the inward reflection of autumn. It’s a time to give thanks for the abundance of the harvest, to release what no longer serves, and to plant seeds of intention for the season ahead.

As we arrive at this point of balance between light and dark, it’s a sacred time to pause, realign, and prepare for the shifting season. Let the crystal bowls and sacred sounds guide you into deep rest and renewal as you set powerful intentions for the months ahead. 🍂

Together, we will run a 7-week course, from October 2nd to November 13th, which is designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing through the fascinating world of chakras.

✨ Chakras are energy centers within your body that influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By understanding and working with your chakras, you can cultivate greater balance, harmony, and vitality in your life. 🌿💫

📖 Each week, we will explore one chakra at a time—discovering its unique qualities, emotions, and potential imbalances. You’ll also be guided through powerful practices to bring each energy center into harmony, including:

🤸 Energy exercises
