This week we take you on an adventure to Opposite Town! Here we explore the oppositions of the body. This is an important theme in yoga as we are seeking to find harmony and balance through movement, breath and awareness. It’s a fun silly adventure that offers kids important tools for self regulating and mindfulness. Find the new video HERE
