Hello world - Its been a while! I have been navigating motherhood and enjoying every second of it. Well, mostly 😜 I can tell you first hand that I'm not sure I would have made it this far without my practice! As some of you may know, The Yoga Garden has been on hold over the last 2 months while I was enjoying my new role as a mother! My baby Quincy was born this Spring and we've been enjoying the magic and messiness of it all! I look forward to being in touch with any of you brilliant Yogi's who may have interest in classes in the near future. All the best to you this Spring season, Namaste~~~

The quality of our breathing is a reflection of our physical, mental and emotional states...but the coolest thing is that since breath is a voluntary action we have this as the most effective tool to shift that!
