Here’s a look at my patient just two months after his ultrasonic rhinoplasty — and he’s already looking incredible.

At this stage, there’s still residual swelling (especially around the tip), and the final definition is still settling in. But even now, the refinement is visible: the bridge is smoother, the profile more balanced, and the overall result remains masculine and natural.

🛠️ Ultrasonic rhinoplasty allows for ultra-precise bone reshaping with less trauma, which means less bruising, faster healing, and more control over the final contour.

💬 Final results can take up to a year, but at just 8 weeks, we’re already seeing the beauty of a subtle and sculpted transformation. More to come as healing continues.

At 6 weeks post-op and this patient is already showing beautiful early results following a deep plane face and neck lift with nano fat grafting. While the scars are still slightly visible at this stage, they will continue to fade and will be treated as part of the healing journey.

In this case, we also addressed prominent submandibular glands for a more refined neck contour and enhanced jawline definition. Volume restoration with nano fat grafting helped bring softness and balance to the overall result.

Still early days — but the transformation is already taking shape beautifully.
