In collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Toranomon Hills Forum, CTRMS 2025 is working to realize a truly sustainable MICE experience for all participants.

✨ Our initiatives with you ✨
- A venue powered by renewable energy, with LED lighting and water-saving facilities
- Water dispensers throughout the venue, and a reusable Travel Tumbler will be presented to each participant at registration
- Plastic reduction through reusable tableware and paper/wood-based cutlery
- Sustainable catering, including MSC/ASC-certified seafood at the Welcome Reception
- Donation of surplus food to children’s cafeterias
- The “3010 Campaign”: enjoy the first 30 minutes and last 10 minutes of receptions to reduce food waste
- A fully inclusive venue with wheelchair-accessible seating, barrier-free stage access, multipurpose restrooms, and a prayer space
