I've been counselling mostly adolescents for over 28 years, and for several years have enjoyed also sharing the ancient Vedic wisdom through the Chopra programs Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health. I moved to online work during the pandemic and am loving the freedom, especially for Meditation coaching and SoulCollage (R) workshops. My Story So Far

I've been counselling mostly adolescents for over 20 years, and for several years have enjoyed also sharing the ancient Vedic wisdom through the Chopra programs Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health. I have taught those programs in many locations around Montreal and now am part of the new dynamic team at the Yellow Umbrella Wellness Center in Beaconsfield.
