What is your one Word that if you focused on everyday- starting Today, would help you achieve your goals? It could be health goals or any other goal you may have for the remainder of 2018!

I was listening to Terri Savelle Foy's video (https://youtu.be/YCk526xMTgw), and my Word for the rest of the year is FINISH. Over the years, I have planned to write books, start certain projects, but whenever I look back I find that i never finished the projects. Are you like me when it comes to unfinished projects? Especially health achieving goals!

Guess what, we can change that. Here are some healthy tips we can follow to achieve that.
-Educating oneself on the importance of healthy eating. Especially, the one thing you are struggling with- what does consuming a lot of sugar in the form of pop do to my health for example?
-Starting small.
-Finding your keystone habit.
-Seeking help.
