I always cringe when I get a Google rating notification because you never know. I try to do my best all the time, but you never please 100% of the people all of the time; right?! But then... then I see this 👆🏽 and it's all smiles the rest of the day. Pushes me to go that extra step. To always be at my best no matter what else is happening around me.
