A Milestone Moment at Seaforth Oral Surgery🍃

Yesterday marked the end of an era.

After decades of dedicated surgical nursing—and 17 incredible years as a cornerstone of our team—Debbie Mongeon scrubbed in for the very last time at Seaforth Oral Surgery.

We closed out the day the only way we could: with stories, smiles, hugs, and a few misty eyes. It was a chance for all of us—surgeons, nurses, assistants, and staff—to express what Debbie has meant to this team and to make sure she knows just how deeply she is appreciated.

Debbie, you brought surgical excellence, wisdom, steadiness, and heart to every day you spent with us. You trained generations of assistants, helped shape the protocols we use to this day, and infused every patient interaction with professionalism and kindness. You didn’t just support the surgical flow—you defined it.

You’ll be deeply missed in the clinic, but never far from our thoughts. And let’s be clear: this isn’t goodbye. You will always be a part of the Seaforth family—and you’re officially invited to every team retreat, holiday party, and wine night going forward.

Wishing you joy, peace, and well-earned rest in this next chapter of your life. You deserve it all.
