Planning a trip, but donโt want all your hard work to go down the drain? ๐
Itโs super easy to still enjoy your holidays while maintaining your fitness goalsโผ๏ธ
๐๐ฝ1: Stay active; if you planning a long holiday, find a gym or use a hotel gym. Walk most places , or have a sunset/sunrise walks.
๐๐ฝ2: Stick to the 80/20 rule ; 80% whole food / 20% soul food ๐. To ensure you consume enough protein aim to have high protein breakfast & protein all you meals too. Save your carbs/fat for dinner time so you can enjoy a little more.
๐๐ฝ3: Ditch the cocktails & high calories drink ๐น. Stick to spirit with soda or calories free drink. Stop consuming empty calories. Drink 3L of water a day, hydration is the key ๐
