✨💥TIPS TO STAY ON TRACK DURING HOLIDAYS 💥✨
Planning a trip, but don’t want all your hard work to go down the drain? 🌚
It’s super easy to still enjoy your holidays while maintaining your fitness goals‼️
👊🏽1: Stay active; if you planning a long holiday, find a gym or use a hotel gym. Walk most places , or have a sunset/sunrise walks.
👊🏽2: Stick to the 80/20 rule ; 80% whole food / 20% soul food 😛. To ensure you consume enough protein aim to have high protein breakfast & protein all you meals too. Save your carbs/fat for dinner time so you can enjoy a little more.
👊🏽3: Ditch the cocktails & high calories drink 🍹. Stick to spirit with soda or calories free drink. Stop consuming empty calories. Drink 3L of water a day, hydration is the key 🔑
Nutritious eating doesn’t have to be boring and holidays don’t need to be an excuse to get off track 👊🏽 You’re priorities don’t change when you on vacation 😌✨💥
