✨ 2 MONTHS POST-OP - ULTRASONIC DEEP PLANE FACELIFT WITH FAT TRANSFER ✨

Following significant weight loss, this patient found that her skin couldn’t naturally “snap back,” leading to visible laxity and a loss of structural support. To address this, we performed a comprehensive facial rejuvenation using an Ultrasonic Deep Plane Facelift combined with Fat Grafting. Because facial aging occurs in a downward direction, our surgical strategy focused on a vertical lift to reposition the deeper soft tissues rather than simply pulling the skin.

👉 The use of ultrasonic technology allowed for incredible precision when sculpting the jawline and neck, ensuring a clean and sharp contour with minimal tissue trauma. We then restored youthful volume to the temples, under-eyes, and mid-face using the patient’s own fat, which effectively treated the gaunt appearance often seen after weight loss.

At just two months post-op, you can see a remarkably defined jawline and the total disappearance of the platysma muscle bands in the neck. While some minor redness remains which we are currently treating with targeted laser sessions, the results are natural, structural, and authentic to her features. 🤩

When you have lost a lot of volume in the face whether due to time or significant weight loss, hyaluronic acid is no longer enough to restore the desired harmony. Injecting too much would even risk creating an unnatural puffy look. 🚫💉

We present here a case of a face and neck lift combined with a fat transfer. We have:

We performed an ultrasonic rhinoplasty on this patient to sculpt the nose with precision. To achieve this balanced, refined look, we also performed an alar base reduction, specifically focusing on the sill to reduce the overall size of the nostrils and hide the incisions perfectly at the junction of the nose and cheek. 🌟

This is the best part of our job! Watching our patients see their new profile for the first time truly never gets old. 🥹

As expected, there’s still some significant swelling in the nose and lower face. With Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty, we achieve high precision with less tissue trauma, but the final refinement takes time. We can’t wait to show you her progress in another two months!

No, she did not travel for this surgery to New York or Beverly Hills... She got these results right here in Montreal! 🇨🇦✨

This transformation is a beautiful example of how a customized approach can create a natural, harmonious result. To achieve this look, we performed a Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift in combination with a Chin Implant and a Forehead Reduction. By addressing the structural balance of her profile and the framing of her face all at once, we were able to create a truly cohesive rejuvenation.

It is important to keep in mind that these photos were taken at the two-month mark, so she is still very early in her recovery. There is still a fair amount of residual swelling present as the tissues heal, and the surgical scars are still quite red and visible. These will continue to soften, flatten, and fade significantly over the next several months.

This transformation focused on correcting a tension nose. When the nasal septum is overly developed, it acts like a center pole that is too long for a tent, stretching the skin and narrowing the nasal valves. This makes breathing difficult and creates a prominent bump. Our goal was to reduce the “pole” to restore balance. This instantly removes the tension, allows the tip to lift, and significantly improves breathing. 👃💨
