Even though MotherWit Birth Essentials Prenatal Classes is geared towards locals as we teach from an online platform at this time of Covid, we're having folks from different parts of North America request to join, which is so exciting! Even though we're online, the live component continues to nourish connection and community, which is what we're all about!

We teach about "The Mental Load" many women experience in motherhood. To be able to impart upon their partners how important it is for them to dismantle their cultural conditioning to default to the mother as the manager of the household is a way we nourish mental and physical wellness for mother's and babies.

MotherWit Birth Essentials Prenatal Classes is going on strong. Today we begin Part 2 of our two-day class, and will be offering it live and online until the social distancing is over. I am a very hands-on teacher and will always prefer in-person gatherings, but for now, this is the safest way to approach. We have a full and fun class ready to go, as babies are going to keep on being born, regardless of what is going on in the world.
We are committed to a thorough class. In the informational age, many of the ways to connect to our inner knowing and resilience are not explored. The fact is that when we birth with a knowing and practice of how to regulate our own personal nervous systems, birth unfolds in a more deeply informed way than if we are just armed with intellectual information.
