Samira Rahimirad, an experienced data scientist and PhD candidate at McGill, will guide participants through essential tools and best practices for creating clear, compelling data visualizations in R. This workshop will cover:

An introduction to R for data visualization

Step-by-step guidance on creating and customizing plots, charts, and graphs

Practical tips for effective data communication

The Surgical and Interventional Sciences Graduate Student Society (ESGSS) is organizing a virtual workshop on Crash Course on LinkedIn in collaboration with McGill's Career Planning Service (CaPS) and Cancer Research Program Student Council (CRPTC) on November 27th from 1-2 PM.

The speaker is Agata Rybałkiewicz, Graduate Career Advisor, Coaching McGill students toward their next opportunity! In this workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to learn tips and tricks to build an impactful profile on LinkedIn.
