Life is all about balance ⚖️

I don’t believe in all or nothing and I don’t believe that living a healthy life needs to come with extremes.

80-90% of my life is dedicated to my health and wellbeing by choosing to do things that are beneficial for my vitality.
The other 10% is equally as beneficial because it simply brings me pure JOY 🤩
