YOGA 1 - COURSE FOR BEGINNERS IN ENGLISH
This course is designed for people who have never practiced yoga, for those unfamiliar with the Sivananda tradition, and for those who wish to review the basic postures of the Sivananda sequence. The course runs for 5 weeks, with one 90-minute session per week. The 5 sessions provide a solid foundation that will then allow you to participate in Sivananda Intermediate Open Classes.
Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. from March 31 to April 28 (English)
$120 for 5 sessions, once a week. More info
