What a brilliant quote! To be compassionate towards ourselves and others is such a simple yet profound truth!

Often, we over-criticize and condemn ourselves for what we did and didn't do, leading to feelings of guilt, shame, anger, and more. This can even cause us to lose our self-confidence and struggle to move forward and evolve.

And let's not forget, we often criticize others without understanding where they are on their journey and what resources were available to them.

Let's move forward with compassion - towards ourselves and others.
