FREE Mindfulness Program for neurodiverse adults starting February 14th at 10am!

Join other adults from the Montreal and Toronto regions to learn simple and practical mindfulness techniques that can be used throughout your day. Led by Sue Hutton, a mindfulness expert, this program's focus is to make mindfulness accessible to everyone while creating a sense of community at the same time.
