Les ELDOA ont pour principal objectif physique la santé de vos articulations. C’est donc par l’entremise de mise en tension fasciale qu’une posture d’ELDOA viendra créer de l’espace à l’intérieur même d’une articulation visée, afin d’en bonifier sa mobilité et d’y favoriser le transport cellulaire.

Le Yoga qu’en a lui, a pour principal objectif physique de relâcher toutes tensions musculaires. C’est donc par l’entremise de postures que le Yoga amènera relâchement au niveau des fascae du muscle et des tissus conjonctifs pour vous permettre plus de souplesse et vous libérera de vos tensions musculaires.

Conclusion, ces deux pratiques sont totalement différentes et complémentaires 💛 Ce n’est donc pas sans raison qu’un grand nombre de Yogi choisissent de compléter leur séance quotidienne de yoga avec des ELDOA đŸ‘đŸ»

The main physical objective of Yoga is to release all muscular tensions. It is therefore through postures that Yoga will bring relaxation to the fascae of muscles and connective tissues to allow you more flexibility and release you from your muscular tensions.

We're back!

The green light has been given for osteopathy services to resume and I'm glad to be available for you again.

We've put the necessary health and safety measures in place and are ready to serve those that are ready to be served. And hey, it's ok if you're not yet ready to be in such close proximity. You'll know when the time is right so listen to your heart/gut/soul 😉!

MalgrĂ© une situation inĂ©dite nous sommes prĂȘts Ă  vous proposer nos services d'ostĂ©opathie dĂšs le 1 er juin prochain Ă  MontrĂ©al 🙂

Votre bien ĂȘtre (et celui de nos thĂ©rapeutes) Ă©tant au centre de nos prĂ©occupations nous adaptons nos horaires et nos conditions d'hygiĂšne:

- le port du masque est OBLIGATOIRE pour chaque client (merci d'arriver avec le votre)

- Des distributeurs de désinfectants sont mis à votre disposition à l'étage ainsi que dans chaque bureau, et le lavage de mains est recommandé.

- Nous observons une pause de 15 minutes entre chaque patients afin de garantir une désinfection des bureaux

- Les salles de bains, salle d'attente et accueil seront nettoyés chaque deux heures

- Si le RDV est pour une personne de 65 ans et plus, merci de nous en faire par au téléphone lors de votre prise de RDV ou de nous contacter pour nous en informer.

Nous ne recevrons pas les patients:

- Ayant été testés positifs ou ayant été en contact avec une personne testée positive

- Présentant des symptÎmes

- Revenant de l'étranger ou ayant été en contact avec une personne revenant de l'étranger.

- Nous conseillons aux personnes ùgées de rester chez elle le plus possible et de nous contacter en cas d'urgence

Afin de garantir la santĂ© de tous, nous comptons sur votre honnĂȘtetĂ©.
Nos thérapeutes se laissent la possibilité de faire valoir leur droit de retrait quant au traitement d'un client.

While we're in this collective shutdown I realize people might still have painsđŸ’„, injuriesđŸ˜«, or movement limitationsđŸ™…â€â™‚ïž that they would normally come to an osteopath for (unfortunately pain doesn't stop for a shutdown!)
