Most women don’t realize how much stress they’re physically holding until it starts showing up in their body.

After years of working with women through massage therapy, I’ve seen how deeply connected the nervous system and abdomen really are.
When the body stays in survival mode for too long, stress often shows up physically through the belly first. The abdomen can become tight, guarded, tender, and disconnected, making it harder to fully relax, breathe deeply, and feel at ease in your body.
