Bodyweight Flexibility Exercise : Inverted Hamstring

Balance on your right foot. Bending at the waist, and maintaining perfect posture, extending your left leg back. Your body should be in a straight line from ear to ankle. Hold for 1 second, then return to the starting position. Finish your reps, then switch side and repeat.
