At FP we understand something very well.

Health is a priority not a luxury. It’s not until your health takes a turn for the worse or is taken away that most of us will begin to pay more attention to our health.

There’s a lesson to be learned here. Don’t wait for it to be too late for you. Stop kicking the can or problem down the road.

Some of your issues may be hard to tackle. Some of you are dealing with more than just some back pain and that’s why we are here to tell you… let’s get started.

Let us make your tasks and duties easier. Follow our process and gain more time in return to solve your life and work problems so that you can contribute more in your life.

Kynan came into FP with back and neck pain that was limiting his work and social life.

After training with FP HBS .emett for over ten months twice a week they’ve made scoliosis improvements and Kynan is totally pain free and feeling more athletic than ever.

Posted • DOES YOUR BACK LOOK LIKE THIS?

If your back looks like this you are likely dealing with a scapular dysfunction. When muscles are not trained to support your body in ways that relate to the FP First 4 then your body will compensate for the lack of muscular function.

Want to make changes?

Focus on the FP First 4. Utilize our exercises that make it easier for your body to create muscle that serves a function. If you train muscles to work the way they’re supposed to work, you’ll have a greater capacity to reposition your joints.

I see so many people caught up in a loop. They don't feel good about the way they look and feel, so they put drastic measures in motion to achieve their health & fitness goals. Short term, this works. Once they hit their goals, they go back to old habits; not realizing their results can only be maintained with good habits.

The only way out of this loop is to integrate new, healthier habits.

Lasting change happens when the person reaches a new mindset, which changes the way they operate.

At first, these new habits could be perceived as inconvenient, but over time they might save you from surgery, help you avoid taking medication or paying for medical treatments.

Filming my training helps me figure out what is going right and wrong with my body. Recording in slow motion is a great way to find movement compensations. It helps me learn about my body's default system and find a strategy to solve it. Another tool is to use mirrors while training. Give a try to one of these tools; you might be surprised to see that your movement may not always look the way it should.
