** MASSOTHERAPY CANCELLATION POLICY **

Dear clients,

Please note that a fee of 40.00$ will be charged to clients who cancel or do not show up for an appointment on the same day. The fees will serve for paying your therapist and covering certain administrative expenses. This policy was established to minimize any inconveniences and prejudice to all our patients caused by a same day appointment cancellation. Please note:

1. Any messages notifying us of a cancellation that is left on the answering machine the day before (before midnight) or during the week-end will be accepted and will not cause any fees.

2. To avoid a cancellation fee, it is possible to move a canceled appointment within two (2) weeks following the date of the appointment, depending on availability. However, it will not be possible to cancel or move an appointment that has already been postponed. The fees will apply automatically

. 3. Please take note that the cancellation fee will be applied for any services that are cancelled. 4. No insurance receipt can be issued for the fee. 5. The policy is effective even if there is a refusal to sign. * The politic stays in effect regardless or any failure in the automatic messaging system or any other situation that is out of our control.
