Professeure certifiée formée en Pilates Polestar et en Yoga Hatha, Tika s’inspire des deux mondes dans son travail et cherche à sensibiliser la conscience de sa clientèle en offrant un entraînement doux mais rigoureux et à l’écoute de ses besoins. Son travail mise à développer une prise de conscience tant au niveau du corps en général qu’au niveau de chacun des muscles utilisés. Son expertise vient d’un apprentissage profond de son propre corps à l’aide du Pilates et du Yoga ce qu’elle cherche à transmettre dans ses cours. C’est en 2009, après avoir trouvé son mentor en Pilates que Tika à développer un fort intérêt pour cette méthode de conditionnement physique et où elle s’est inspirée pour enfin développer son propre approach a l'enseignement du travail. Cette méthode de conditionnement physique active et allonge les muscles faibles et détendent ceux trop tendues dans le but d’équilibrer l’ensemble de la musculature. Les principes du Pilates souligne la concentration, le contrôle, la posture et l’alignement du corps, l’efficacité du mouvement, la précision ainsi que la respiration. Les abdominaux, les muscles dorsaux et les muscles fessiers sont sollicités dans la plupart des exercises, afin de tonifier l’abdomen, le bassin et les hanches. Cet entraînement vous redonnera la souplesse, un meilleur alignement corporel, ainsi qu’un renforcement global.

I have enjoyed almost a full week of disconnection and intergration after the magic that was 🌺 GAIAFEST: RECONNECT 🌺 We sang, we danced, we swam, we relaxed, we reconnected with ourselves, with others and with the beauty that is Nature 🌱 🙏 Many thanks to all the organizers, the participants, the volunteers, the owners at Gaia Wellness Retreat center and the other healers.
