Hello dear friends,
I have sports massage stages in coming weeks.
Here are the dates and times. the cost is $25.

January 17th:
• 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
• 1:45 to 3:15 pm
• 3:15 to 4:45 pm
January 24th:
• 11 am to 12:30 pm
• 1:45 to 3:15 pm
• 3:15 to 4:45

NOTE: The Entrance will be on 6th avenue, corner of Wellington.

Let me know if you and your friends would be interested. You can participate in both days.

Just to give you a little background on a sports massage vs swedish session,
Each session is 90 minutes total and includes:
- Assessment (postural and/or specific area of pain or issue)
- Orthopedic tests
- specific massage techniques such as myofascia release, Passive Mobilisation, etc...)
- finishing off with a relaxing swedish massage

I have sports massage stages coming up in January.
Here are the dates, both Thursdays, anyone can volunteer on both days if you want :-) it is $25 for 1.5 hours. it includes assessment, treatment plan and a massage.
it is at the Ikra Spa in Verdun.

January 17th: 10:30 to 12, 1:45 to 3:15, 3:15 to 4:45
January 24th: 11 to 12:30, 1:45 to 3:15, 3:15 to 4:45
