Did you know there’s a magical forest ashram just 150 km from Montreal — and that anyone can come?
It’s become my home away from home.

I’m here training in Meru Chikitsa, an Ayurvedic therapy for the spine and nervous system.

And in less than two weeks, our beloved returns, with special programs during his visit.

C’est devenu mon chez-moi loin de chez moi.

Je suis ici en formation en Meru Chikitsa, une thérapie pour la colonne vertébrale et le système nerveux.
Et dans moins de deux semaines, notre cher Sri Sri Ravi Shankar sera de retour, avec des programmes spéciaux pendant sa visite.

Still floating from this night more than a week later.

Dinner, music and my soul-sister family… thank you for making my birthday unforgettable. 💫

We were 15 women sharing 15 toasts on rebellion — stories of self-pleasure, aging backwards, spicy tattoos, buying a house, divorce, entrepreneurship, and moving across the world against all odds.

It was beautiful, powerful, and pure magic. ✨

And… any guesses why the number 108 is on my cake every year?

Happy Birthday to me! 44 today!

Walking through the decades with gratitude, grit, and a little mischief. 😉

4 — My brother was born, and I decided pink and frills were not my destiny. Cars, legs, and climbing things felt way more fun than dolls and dresses.

14 — I pierced my eyebrow without telling my parents, got my period, and walked into my very first yoga class… the beginning of a lifelong path.

24 — Teaching yoga full-time, becoming one of the first Lululemon ambassadors in Montreal, and releasing my first yoga CD. Wild to look back now.

34 — I got married and became Koji’s mama — the role that’s changed me more than anything else.

44 — TBD… but I’m leaning into the theme of Forty-More — more joy, more freedom, more alignment, more love, more magic. ✨

Homemade ghee — so easy to make, so much better than store-bought. ✨
Once it cools, store it in a clean glass jar. No need to refrigerate — it keeps beautifully for months.

In Ayurveda, ghee is considered sacred.
It nourishes your tissues, supports digestion and detoxification, calms the nervous system, boosts memory, and builds Ojas — your inner glow, vitality, and resilience.

How to use it?
✨ Cook or sauté with it (it has a high smoke point)
✨ Add a spoon into warm milk, coffee, or tea
✨ Melt it over veggies or grains
✨ Use it as a grounding self-care warm oil on head and feet to calm Vata and promote deep sleep
✨ Put melted ghee up your nose at the onset of headache
✨ Combine it with herbs to carry their properties deeper into the body
Etc Etc!
