Not going to lie, i’ve lost motivation these last few weeks (when it came to training and dieting) with this 2nd phase. But sometimes you just need to look back at how far you’ve come. Not just in your fitness journey, but in life as well! My biggest piece of of advice....surround yourself with a handful of people you can trust, who motivate you and who’ll always be there for you when times get rough. BUT don’t forget to return the favour, as well as thanking them on a weekly basis. You’re in full control of your life. Actions speak louder than words. Step outside of your comfort zone, stop complaining and make some changes💪🏼! Stay healthy everyone👊🏼
