A little AcroYoga news from us:
As part of the CCSE Maisonneuve’s new project "Lever les barrières pour elles", **4-FREE AcroYoga spots** will be offered to women, girls, and gender-diverse people aged 14 and up.
Details:
👉 when: Wednesday, 6-7:30pm
👉 where: Caserne: 3622 Hochelaga Street
👉 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Be a new member or not have participated in any CCSE Maisonneuve activity for over one year.
• Pay only a $5 membership fee at registration, valid for one year.
"Lever les barrières pour elles":
👉 An initiative to reduce financial barriers, physical or social discomfort, as well as family and professional constraints that limit access to physical activity.
👉 Aim: encourage girls and women aged 14 and over to integrate physical activity into their daily lives.
