homemade crackers are surprisingly easy, clean and simple ingredients, and also very satisfying to break up after they’ve baked🫡 these ones are grain free and refined sugar free cheddar flavour but you can easily do different flavours with fresh herbs too.

it’s called a cheese bagelach and it was something BOTH of my grandmas kept on deck whenever we came over becuz they knew how much we loved them (and/or they were simply a household staple, as they should be). i was so excited to be able to recreate them at home grain free and refined sugar free style. it’s essentially a horseshoe shaped danish (you can also add coarse sugar on top), with a cheese filling inside! enjoy a yogurt, jam, sour cream etc. sooo good!

we love a good rice bowl in my house 💃🍚and i can’t wait to have my kitchen back so i can make this one again 😩it’s a little bit poke-inspired but with a homemade yogurt-based sauce. you can do whatever add ins you like!! i’ll include my shrimp recipe and yogurt sauce recipe below, save it for later 💌🤌

15-20 shrimp

marinade with:
3 tbsp coconut aminos
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic chopped

let sit for a couple of hours if possible before sautéing in skillet until cooked thru

poke-esque sauce:
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp - 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli flakes or to taste (use more or less for more or less spice)

1+ 1/2 cups white rice or cauliflower rice, prepared

add-ins:
thinly sliced cucumber
avocado
shredded carrots
shredded cabbage
toasted sesame seeds
place add-ins around rice, top w shrimp, drizzle sauce and enjoy!

a simple spin on a classic banana bread, this one is grain free but made w pecans (blend them to a fine flour in a food processor🤌) and coconut flour, it’s so good! sweetened w honey, and a few other ingredients (eggs, spices).

another bomb dot com recipe from my ebook 🫶🙂‍↕️ i make chicken a lot so i love having easy recipes like this in my arsenal💁‍♀️ skin on, bone in chicken thighs are the best way to eat chicken you cannot convince my otherwise. and these are of the hot honey garlic variety 👌
