The guidelines have changed when it comes to alcohol consumption. Canada’s Guidance on Alcohol & Health shows 6 or fewer drinks/wk helps avoid increasingly high risks for health issues. It’s OK if you’re not there yet. Remember, any reduction helps lower your risk. Every little bit counts. Let us know if you need help!
